(ANSA) – ROME, JULY 11 – A philatelic cancellation dedicated to
Massimo Troisi was created on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of
late artist and in conjunction with the Award dedicated to him,
in the birthplace of San Giorgio a Cremano (Naples). It deals with
of a single and temporary cancellation, created to enhance
further our immense Massimo Troisi and turned not
only to passionate collectors but to all lovers
of the actor and of our city explains the mayor of the city
Vesuvius, Giorgio Zinno. It was in agreement with Poste Italiane
created the special philatelic cancellation with a stamp that bears
the wording: XXIII Edition Massimo Troisi Award – 1.7.2023 –
80046 San Giorgio A Cremano (NA). The special stamp in September
it will be sent to the Telecommunications Museum in Rome where it will come
guarded. In the meantime, until September 1st, it will be possible
cancel free with the Troisi stamp, postcards,
posters, books or souvenirs related to the actor, at the office
post office of San Giorgio a Cremano 1, in via Aldo Moro, 33. In
that office you can still find some postcard that
portrays the mural of Piazza Massimo Troisi, printed in circulation
