Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro Unveiled at Launch Event
Xiaomi, the Chinese electronics giant, unveiled its latest flagship smartphones, the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, at a launch event in China on Thursday (October 26). The two devices come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and run on the new HyperOS interface, a replacement for the popular MIUI.
The Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro feature a 6.5-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The devices come with a 90.4% screen-to-body ratio and a punch-hole cut-out for the selfie camera. On the back, both devices feature a triple-camera setup with a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. The Xiaomi 14 Pro also features a 12MP telephoto lens.
The Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which is based on the 8nm process. The devices come with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The devices come with a 4,520mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
